President & CEO
Anthony has 45 years of business, financial, and operational leadership experience, having been appointed President and CEO of an operating company in 1980.
Anthony has worked in North and South America and Europe during the past four-plus decades. Anthony has co-led business enterprises in various industries, including developing and constructing Franchise restaurants, billing and maintenance services for multi-family housing, semiconductor design and manufacturing, and airline transportation and infrastructure. Anthony has an undergraduate degree in General Studies from the University of Michigan and pursued graduate coursework at the University of Bologna and the John Hopkins SAIC Graduate Center in Bologna, Italy.
Executive Vice President of Business Development
Joseph Lopardo is the senior vice president of business development. His industry experience spans twenty-five years in the turnkey modular construction industry in various management and C-level capacities encompassing operations, sales procurement, mergers & acquisitions, and business development. Joe has served as the modular building institute's board member and president. He is a six-sigma green belt. Joe received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in business administration from West Virginia University.
Director of Operations
Tom Hershberger is an experienced operations, engineering, and project management leader. He has a proven success track record with Fortune 100 companies and smaller entrepreneurial businesses. His thorough understanding of the industry is complemented by seven patents, a PMP certification, Six Sigma Black Belt status, and two Master's degrees from the University of Wisconsin in Biotechnology and Business Administration. Tom strives to make every customer experience memorable by providing clear communication throughout each project, allowing customers to rest assured that their projects are completed on time and within budget with optimal efficiency.
Director of Marketing & Sales Support
Bob has more than three decades of experience in the marketing and sales of manufacturing and distribution systems software, health claim adjudication systems software, and clinical knowledge-based systems software.
As the Marketing and Sales Support Services Director for MCC Development, Inc., Bob leads the team responsible for marketing MCC Development products and services and providing support for our sales team.
Bob is a Navy Veteran and holds an associate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
The MCC Development, Inc.’s leadership team is supported by a growing team of engineering, site installation, logistics and other talented individuals and specialized trades subcontractors that have long term relationships with MCC Development. These collaborators are located throughout North America and have worked with MCC Development, Inc. to provide high quality and on time support for each MCC customer’s unique projects needs.
